I came to Dr Gudhi at Fertility Plus after trying assisted fertility on the recommendation of a friend who had conceived 2 little ones with his team and he was absolutely brilliant. He takes a holistic approach to the IVF journey and really listened to my health issues (I had many) in order to help us find the best route to success. We now have a beautiful 11 day old little boy, due to genetically testing each egg. Which was so important for our needs. We couldn’t be more thrilled. Excellent service from Dr Nisha Thakre back in March 2025. Went in for some diagnostic tests that revealed some morphology issues and recommended a mineral supplement. After 2 months of taking the supplement we started our journey naturally and extremely pleased to say we have a healthy baby boy. My experience as a patient of Mr Gudi and Fertility Plus was entirely positive and I highly recommend him. Thanks to IVF treatment under Mr Gudi, I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby earlier this year. If you are considering fertility treatment and looking at doctors, you should absolutely speak to him early on. He runs a spectacularly professional, caring and joined-up clinic. I first saw him for egg freezing when I was 37. He was recommended as the best fertility doctor in the UK by a highly experienced London gynaecologist. I went back to him when I was 41 for IVF treatment and it was successful first time. I found Mr Gudi to be kind, warm, patient and an utmost professional. He was serious about his work, calm, honest and pragmatic. He was upfront and clear about the options, process and chances of success. He made sure I spoke to a fertility counsellor before starting treatment. It was a really helpful conversation. Nothing ever felt rushed; he always took the time to be sure I understood what was happening next. The basic, minor things were some of the most helpful; I regularly consulted Mr Gudi's sketch of the process from egg retrieval through fertilisation to implantation, and really valued the clear personalised schedule of medication. He took each step at a time; never jumped ahead too far or raised expectations unjustifiably. He was always measured. His manner and the clinic's approach helped me stay calm when it would have been easy to feel overwhelmed by the enormity of it all. The nurses and admin staff were also caring, professional and helpful, for example taking time to demonstrate how to give injections and again drawing a diagram for me. The embryologists were similarly great. They told me when to expect their call and called when they said they would. They were reliable, clear and sensitive. Again, they took time to be sure I understood and to answer any questions. The whole process was incredibly smooth. There are so many blood tests, scans, and deliveries of boxes of medication involved. It honestly was stress-free. Blood tests at TDL were quick- test requests were always received in advance and they take blood at lightning speed. Appointments and scans were arranged in good time, with confirmations and reminders. The medicine delivery people were brilliant - super reliable, nice and responsive. I know this is a long review but choosing to have fertility treatment and then choosing a doctor are such massive decisions at an already emotional and charged time so hopefully this detail will help you make your decisions.
